Cotswold Online Therapy
Compassionate and Professional Online Counselling
Licensed Therapist
Hello, I’m Kate Siller, BA (Hons), MNCPS (Acc.), an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering both short- and long-term online therapy sessions throughout the Cotswolds and beyond.
I was born and raised in the Cotswolds, and it’s where I continue to call home while raising my three wonderful children. My personal and professional journey has been deeply shaped by life in this beautiful part of the world and by the people within it.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and compassionate. I draw upon a blend of Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) models to meet each client’s individual needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking support for specific challenges or personal growth, I aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Alongside my practice, I’m continuing my studies to deepen my knowledge and enhance the support I can offer my clients.
