Neurodiversity and Lived Experience
As a mother of three autistic children with ADHD, and as someone who has ADHD myself, I bring both personal understanding and professional experience to my work.
I know how important it is to find a therapist who truly “gets it” — someone who won’t see you as too much or too different.
This lived experience has shaped my compassionate, grounded, and practical approach, particularly when supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Over the past two years, I have worked with primary and secondary school children, as well as parents of neurodivergent children, helping them navigate the emotional and everyday challenges that can come with neurodiversity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is online therapy and how does it work?
Online therapy allows you to meet with me via a secure video platform from the comfort of your own home. It offers the same level of support and confidentiality as in-person counselling.
Is online therapy confidential?
Yes. I use a secure video platform and follow strict professional guidelines to ensure your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Do I need to have experience with therapy?
Not at all. Many people come to therapy for the first time when they start to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I’ll guide you through the process at your own pace.
Can I have therapy if I’m outside the Cotswolds?
Yes — because sessions are online, I can work with clients across the UK and beyond.
